WHO ARE WE?
Fit Kids Zone was created in 2017, and within a short time it has worked with a range of different community groups in expressing themselves through self-development in performing arts. Fit Kids Zone promotes helping and bringing our community together through fitness and positivity.

We love using Move & Groove videos. We use them every single morning to get the children active and ready for a day of learning.
Engaging and Enjoyable
We found the videos really engaging, and the children found them enjoyable and easy to follow… they loved it!
The concept is great for wet play or even just to get children moving and energised.
